Tokyo Area Grid Status & Electricity Data

TEPCO Power Grid operates the Tokyo area network, the largest of Japan's ten utility areas, serving roughly a third of national demand including greater Tokyo. GridVigil tracks hourly area demand and TEPCO's own daily peak forecast from TEPCO's published denki yoho data. Japan has no nationwide queryable feed, so the Tokyo area is tracked as a partial-country grid and Japan is not colored on GridVigil's map.
